MEET THE TEACHERS:

Nadia Tapia (Chile)

Founder of Abrazo Tango Helsinki and a key figure in the Finnish scene. After years of immersion in the milongas of Buenos Aires, Nadia combines her firsthand cultural knowledge with over 16 years of experience. A finalist in the 2022 British Tango Championship, she is also a PhD and a certified GYROKINESIS® instructor.

Fernando Waisberg (Argentiina)

Originally from Buenos Aires, Fernando brings nearly 20 years of international experience teaching across Latin America, Europe, and Asia. A registered Physical Education teacher, he blends his academic expertise in body mechanics with the authentic soul and aesthetics of traditional Argentine Tango.

OUR APPROACH:

Since 2023, they have combined the authentic roots of Buenos Aires milongas with a high-level pedagogical approach. Their teaching is technically precise and rigorous, yet delivered with a warmth and energy that focuses on the connection and enjoyment of social dance.
